bean & beluga

we ate at bean & beluga last night for my birthday. i started with vitello tonnato with mustard fruits and a beaujolais and chris, gazpacho with tuna tartare and a grüner veltliner. then i had oxtail ravioli with creamed spinach, red wine butter and a glass of blaufränkisch from austria. chris had cod with a wild herb risotto and more of the same.

easily the best meal i've had in dresden. the fun part is that my birthday present included a lesson with the chef in september. ha! and yay!
